Has 10 years of teaching experience in both domestic and international schools, including 6 years’ teaching as a Chinese homeroom teacher in IB schools and 2 years’ teaching of Chinese for foreign students in Nigeria. He has won honors such as Nanhai District Excellent Class Teacher, Nanhai District Excellent Teacher, Lishui Town Third Famous Teacher, and Third Prize of the International Class Designing Competition. In teaching, he can always get along well with the students. He is not only a teacher of the students, but also a friend for them. He believes that "teaching" and "education" are inseparable, so he pays attention to the learning of children, and their lifelong development of mind as well.
