The highly anticipated WELL Gold Certification Award Ceremony was successfully held on the ISA Liwan campus.

IWBI中国区副总裁张为舜向爱莎荔湾颁发WELL金级认证牌匾，并在致辞中高度评价了爱莎荔湾在推动教育界健康建筑、促进环境友好方面的杰出贡献，并对学校未来的发展寄予厚望。
Mr. Zhang Weishun, Vice President of IWBI China, presented the WELL Gold Certification plaque to ISA Liwan and highly praised the school’s outstanding contributions to promoting healthy buildings in the education sector and fostering an environmentally friendly atmosphere in his speech. The WELL Building Standard, launched by IWBI in 2004 and often referred to as the “Oscar” of the architecture world, is the world’s first human-centric standard focusing on the health and well-being of building occupants. It was developed through a decade of interdisciplinary research by top authorities across the United States. This standard is highly valued by globally renowned enterprises and institutions, such as Microsoft, Porsche, and the University of Pennsylvania, all of which have received WELL Certification.

ISA Liwan paid close attention to optimizing the sound environment from the early stages of architectural design.

校园内所有楼栋均采用了双层中空隔声玻璃，有效隔绝外界的交通、环境噪音等不利因素。通过科学模拟测试，隔音设计将外界噪音有效明显降低，为学生创造了一个低分贝、高舒适的学习环境。
All buildings on campus are equipped with double-glazed soundproof windows, effectively blocking external noise from traffic and the environment. Through scientific simulations and tests, the soundproofing design reduces external noise, creating a low-noise, high-comfort learning environment for students.

针对体育馆、音乐室、舞蹈室等场所，爱莎荔湾则采取了更为专业的隔音措施：不仅安装了高质量的隔音毡和隔音板，还配备了先进的声学吸音材料，既确保了室内活动的音质效果，也避免了噪音对其他区域的干扰影响。
For spaces such as the gymnasium, music rooms, and dance studios, ISA Liwan adopted more specialized soundproofing measures: not only installing high-quality soundproof felt and panels but also equipping advanced acoustic absorption materials to ensure sound quality during indoor activities and prevent noise interference in other areas.

ISA Liwan’s forward-thinking design and space planning creatively foster a multi-dimensional, environmentally friendly campus environment. The campus buildings are strategically positioned and interconnected, allowing for shared and seamless communication across the entire campus. Ample activity areas and learning spaces are provided, with layered and open designs that create environments conducive to reading, sharing, and collaborative learning, enhancing both lighting and ventilation while providing premium spaces for education and interaction.

在设计中因地制宜，巧妙融入岭南文化的精髓特色，简练朴素，通透秀丽，充分利用架空空间和户外环境，种植了大量绿色植物和花卉。与岭南园林风貌结合，五进庭院移步换景，立面明亮多样，融合传统与现代，展现岭南风情。
The design thoughtfully incorporates the essence of Lingnan culture, characterized by simplicity, transparency, and elegance. The use of raised floors and outdoor spaces has allowed for the planting of numerous green plants and flowers. The architecture harmonizes with the Lingnan garden style, featuring five interconnected courtyards that offer diverse and bright facades, blending traditional and modern elements to showcase Lingnan aesthetics.

户外环境传承岭南园林精神，并设置雨水回收系统和中水处理系统，在实现水资源的循环利用和节约的同时，筑山引水，繁花雅竹，营造亲近自然与文化的可持续学习环境，让学生在沉浸式园林环境中了解当地文化、提升身心健康。
The outdoor environment continues the Lingnan garden spirit and includes rainwater harvesting and gray water treatment systems, promoting the recycling and conservation of water resources. By creating landscapes with hills and water, as well as lush flowers and bamboo, the campus fosters a nature-friendly and culturally immersive learning environment, where students can connect with local culture and enhance their physical and mental well-being.

In terms of technological security, the school has taken the lead by deploying an intelligent perimeter alarm system around the campus boundary, creating the first line of defense against unauthorized intrusion. During nighttime hours, a mobile detection and monitoring network is activated, providing comprehensive coverage and real-time surveillance of key areas. Additionally, the school is equipped with facial recognition technology for precise monitoring and quick identification of specific individuals.

On the human security front, ISA Liwan’s security team undergoes monthly intensive training to continuously improve their skills, emergency response capabilities, and overall competence. Through diverse emergency drills—such as fire safety, flood prevention, disaster relief, and pandemic control—the school has effectively enhanced the security team’s practical skills and coordination abilities, ensuring swift and orderly actions can be taken in any emergency situation to protect the safety of students and maintain campus harmony.
